With snow and ice on the ground (here in Chicago), plummeting temps, and sales ads galore, it’s hard for me to remain in disbelief that the Holidays are here already. Yep, it’s that time of year again and I haven’t even started my shopping (and I suspect I’m not the only one out there who hasn’t). So I’ve scoured the internet for some budget-friendly (but still totally fabulous) gifts that are perfect as stocking-stuffers, hostess gifts, white elephant exchanges, and really any time you would like to give something without breaking the bank.
